Dont be a dumbell

Gym accidents and poor form can turn a trip to the health club into an ER visit. Case in point: the thousands of people who have sprained or fractured various body parts, all in the name of exercise. Here's a closer look at the weightlifting injuries that sidelined gymgoers, ages 25 to 34, from 1990 to 2007, according to a new report from Ohio State University.

Becareful when you workout at gym...dont trying to show off and at the end you hurt yourself.. Be steady !
